Lógica de selección: elija cobre cuando la conductividad y la resistencia a cortocircuitos sean prioridades. Elija aluminio cuando la reducción de peso, el ahorro de costos y la resistencia a la corrosión sean más importantes. Para puntos de transición cobre-aluminio, utilice conectores bimetálicos para evitar la corrosión galvánica.
Rango de sección transversal: 16 – 1500 mm² (4 AWG – 3000 kcmil).
Trenzado: 7, 19, 37, 61, 91, 127 hilos. Un mayor número de hebras mejora la flexibilidad, pero puede reducir ligeramente la resistencia a la tracción para una sección transversal determinada.
Clase: El cableado de tendido concéntrico Clase AA es estándar para conductores aéreos desnudos.
Determine el tamaño por corriente de carga, caída de voltaje, corriente de cortocircuito y carga mecánica (viento, hielo).
Voltaje: Los conductores desnudos trefilados se utilizan en líneas aéreas desde voltajes de distribución hasta niveles de transmisión EHV. El rendimiento de la corona mejora con un diámetro de conductor mayor.
Ampacidad: Depende del tamaño del conductor, el material, la temperatura ambiente, la velocidad del viento, la radiación solar y la temperatura permitida del conductor. Confirme la clasificación de corriente continua y la resistencia a cortocircuitos del proyecto.
Resistencia a la tracción: el cobre estirado duro proporciona una mayor resistencia a la tracción que el cobre recocido. El aluminio 1350-H19 ofrece una resistencia moderada.
Diseño de tramo: Calcule el hundimiento y la tensión en el peor de los casos con cargas de viento y hielo. La tensión máxima permitida suele ser del 20 al 25% de la resistencia máxima a la tracción.
Tramos largos: para cruces de ríos, valles o tramos extralargos, considere conductores ACSR o de alta resistencia.
Áreas costeras e industriales: especifique recubrimiento opcional o infusión de grasa para protección contra la corrosión..
Zonas de alta contaminación: Confirmar los requisitos de fuga y corrosión.
Áreas de alta temperatura: Verifique los límites de temperatura del conductor en comparación con las condiciones ambientales.
Tramos propensos a vibraciones: considere amortiguadores de vibraciones o varillas de vibración en espiral.
Superficie desnuda: Estándar para ambientes limpios.
Recubierto de grasa: Para protección contra la corrosión en zonas costeras o industriales.
Oxidado: Para requisitos específicos de unión o apariencia.
Trenzado personalizado: diferentes diámetros de alambre, longitudes de tendido o combinaciones de materiales disponibles a pedido.
Embalajes personalizados: Bobinas, bidones de madera, bidones de acero o bidones acero-madera.

IEC 61089: Conductores eléctricos aéreos trenzados de tendido concéntrico de alambre redondo.
ASTM B232: Especificación estándar para conductores de aluminio trenzados concéntricos, reforzados con acero revestido (ACSR) y especificaciones de conductores desnudos relacionados.
BS 215: Conductores de aluminio y conductores de aluminio reforzados con acero..
GB/T 1179: Conductores trenzados eléctricos aéreos de tendido concéntrico de alambre redondo.
Solicite informes de pruebas de resistencia a la tracción, resistencia a CC y conductividad.
Radio de curvatura: normalmente 20 × diámetro exterior durante la instalación para conductores trenzados desnudos.
Longitud del tambor: seleccione según la longitud de la ruta, el número de juntas, los límites de transporte y el método de instalación.
