Descripción del Producto
Nuestros conductores desnudos estirados estándar IEC se producen a partir de aluminio de alta pureza de grado CE (1350 o 1370) y cumplen totalmente con IEC 60889 e IEC 61089. El cumplimiento opcional con ASTM B232 está disponible para construcciones ACSR. Estos conductores presentan un diseño trenzado concéntrico y el proceso de trefilado proporciona alta resistencia a la tracción, excelente conductividad eléctrica (≥61% IACS), así como buena resistencia a la fluencia y la fatiga. Se ofrece una amplia gama de opciones personalizables, incluido el tipo de conductor (AAC, AAAC, ACSR, ACAR), configuración de cableado, grado del núcleo de acero (galvanizado o revestido de aluminio), área de sección transversal y nivel de protección contra la corrosión.
Condiciones de uso normales
a. Temperatura ambiente: –40 °C a +90 °C (emergencia hasta +120 °C)
b. Altitud: no superior a 2000 metros (mayor a pedido)
c. Frecuencia de alimentación: 50 Hz o 60 Hz
d. Velocidad del viento y carga de hielo: según los estándares de diseño de líneas locales
Características clave
Hilos de aluminio estirados en duro: proporcionan una mayor carga de rotura y una mejor resistencia al pandeo que los conductores recocidos.
Personalización flexible: disponible como AAC, AAAC, ACSR o ACAR; cualquier cableado y sección desde 10 mm² hasta 1600 mm².
Cumple con ASTM B232 (previa solicitud): para tipos ACSR, que cumplen con los requisitos de núcleo de acero galvanizado Clase A, B o C.
Opciones resistentes a la corrosión: núcleo de acero revestido de aluminio (AW), grasa inhibidora de la corrosión o revestimiento mejorado para áreas costeras/industriales.
Pérdidas eléctricas bajas: una conductividad IACS mínima del 61 % garantiza una transmisión de energía eficiente.
Ventajas
Rentable en comparación con los conductores de cobre.
Peso ligero, lo que reduce la carga de la torre y el coste de los cimientos.
Amplia disponibilidad de hardware compatible (abrazaderas, espaciadores, amortiguadores)
Adecuado para luces largas con menos estructuras de soporte
Desventajas
Conductividad más baja que la de cobre o aluminio (AAC) para la misma sección transversal (para el tipo ACSR, el núcleo de acero no transporta corriente)
La diferencia de expansión térmica bimetálica puede requerir conectores especiales para ACSR
Núcleo de acero galvanizado susceptible a la corrosión en ambientes hostiles a menos que se actualice a acero revestido de aluminio
